Veritas Solicitors, a Manchester-based claimant law firm, has reported a year of substantial growth, with turnover rising by 257% and its workforce doubling in size.
The firm’s first fully audited accounts for the financial year 2022/23 highlight a transformative period marked by strategic investments in people, technology and infrastructure.
Turnover increased from £2.8 million to £10 million, while the number of employees grew from 66 to 132. This expansion was supported by the acquisition of additional office space, upgrades to case management systems and further investment in IT to enhance operational efficiency.
The firm also announced that it has built a case portfolio valued at £150 million, which it expects to deliver significant returns in the future.
Veritas Solicitors is recognised nationally for its expertise in housing disrepair, financial mis-selling, personal injury, clinical negligence and other grievance-related cases, consistently advocating for access to justice across the UK.
Managing Partner Faraz Fazal described the audited results as an important milestone for the firm.
“This has been a year of transformation for Veritas, and we are proud to present our first set of fully audited accounts,” he said.
“To have doubled our workforce, tripled our turnover, and established a £150m case portfolio is a significant achievement that positions us for long-term success.
“Our strategy has always been about investing in people, technology, and the infrastructure that allows us to serve clients better. These investments have strengthened our foundations and given us the confidence to look forward to the future with real momentum.”
Fazal added that the results reaffirm the firm’s commitment to its founding mission.
“Veritas exists to fight for clients who might otherwise struggle to be heard, whether in housing disrepair, medical negligence, personal injury, or other areas.
“This period of growth is not just about numbers; it is about expanding our ability to deliver outcomes for more people.”
